Based in Wolverhampton, England, Driving Wheel Records is an independent, artist-led label specializing in high-energy Retro Dance, Eurodance, and modern electronic vibes.

Founded in 1998 by music fanatic David Powner, the label boasts over 28 years of experience, producing tracks that passionately pay homage to the sounds of the 1980s and 90s.

With a dedicated core group of artists and producers, the label is actively defining its signature sound, delivering authentic, old-school dance music across all major digital platforms.

After a brief hiatus, we hit the reset button in September 2025. Now in 2026, we’re back with a vengeance.
